If you call or text us

Our phone is answered by an AI helper. Calls are recorded, and we keep a written record of each call (what was said and a short summary) for 90 days, then delete it; our encrypted backups let go of it within 30 days after that. Calls and texts go through our phone and voice providers so we can answer you. We use your number only for the conversation you started; we never share or sell it for marketing. Texting terms are below.

Text messages (SMS terms)

If you text Colsha LLC at 515-526-5546, we text you back in that conversation: answers to what you asked, and follow-ups on a message you left. We don't send marketing texts, and we don't text anyone who hasn't texted us first.

How you opt in. By texting us first at 515-526-5546, or by texting START to 515-526-5546, which gets this reply: “Colsha: You're set to get texts from us. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.”

Visitor counts

We count visits to see what people read: the page, the site that sent you, the kind of device, and your town or region worked out from your connection. This analytics uses no cookies, and we never store your IP address. We keep a random id in your browser for up to a year so a return visit counts as the same visitor; it holds nothing about you. Visits are anonymous.

Who helps us run this site

Our website runs on ZReport, which stores this information for us. ZReport and its hosting, database, email, phone and voice providers handle it only to keep the site working, and none of them may use it for anything else.
